The hotel's free laundry service and delicious breakfast were two amazing features that made our stay much more enjoyable. Its location in the heart of the city allowed us to easily explore the main attractions. Additionally, the staff's friendliness and willingness to accommodate our needs made us feel welcome and appreciated.

We experienced some minor issues during our stay. The bathroom's tub shower was difficult to access, which could be inconvenient for those with mobility issues. The lack of clear instructions for the air conditioning and shower's hot water made it difficult to regulate the temperature. Finally, the airport transfer provided by the hotel did not have a fixed rate, and we encountered an issue with a driver refusing to give proper change during our ride.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Nur-Sultan and was absolutely blown away by the whole experience. the staff were simply incredible. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like a VIP, always greeting me with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The attention to detail and level of service I received was truly outstanding.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I honestly couldn't fault anything.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Astana's top attractions. It's just a stone's throw away from Baiterek Tower, and bus stops are conveniently located nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing ample space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the breakfast options, like omelette and porridge, are delicious and satisfying.

Some of the pillows in the room were a bit lumpy, which could use some improvement.
