I had an exceptional stay at a hotel in the Kanata area. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a spacious and relaxing environment. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Additionally, the staff members were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel also offered a delicious continental breakfast, which exceeded my expectations with its fresh and wide selection of options. I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience of amenities in my room, including a good-sized fridge and a microwave. As a pet owner, I appreciated the ample space provided to walk my dog outside. my stay was flawless, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Although my overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. there was a policy requiring a credit card as the only payment method for a $50 deposit, which I found unfriendly.

We were disappointed that the pool was not available for use during our stay, as we were really looking forward to a relaxing swim. we felt that the gym could use more selection in terms of equipment and amenities.

The location was convenient, the room was spacious and clean with two bathrooms, and the check-in and check-out process was speedy. The wifi speed was impressive, and parking was hassle-free.

Although the studio king suite was fantastic, it would have been nice to have a door stopper for the internal doors, as we didn't always want them closed. Additionally, the card keys kept deactivating on the second night, which was a bit inconvenient.

The continental breakfast was delicious, fresh, and had lots of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had our dog with us and there was plenty of space to walk him around outside. The bed was big, comfy, and had lots of pillows. The blankets were super cozy. a great stay for vegetarians and vegans.
