I recently stayed at Dedeman in Oskemen for 4 nights and it was a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Nurbolat, were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great amenities. The restaurant served delicious food and the buffet had a good variety. The hotel's location by the river provided beautiful views. it was the best hotel option in Oskemen!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at a hotel located by the picturesque Irtysh river. The room was tidy, well designed, and fully equipped with all necessities like an iron and bathrobe. The comfortable mattress ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was varied and fresh-made, with a fantastic view of the river from the restaurant. The hotel's commitment to the environment was evident with their bed linen policy. the service was good, although a bit lacking in friendliness.

Some staff members seemed inexperienced and had trouble with inquiries and notes.

My stay at this hotel was truly luxurious. The exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre and the sauna, exceeded my expectations. In addition to the high-quality massages, the Spa lounge and the beauty treatments were absolutely fantastic. Furthermore, the location advantages are unbeatable, with the garden area providing a peaceful oasis in the bustling city.

The breakfast experience was only good, not great. While the restaurant offered a selection of special diet menus and in-room breakfast options were available, the packed lunches were a bit lackluster.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the clean and comfortable rooms, and the great location near the river. the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. the spa and fitness facilities were also clean and refreshing.

Despite this, the overall experience was good.
