The hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to restaurants and attractions in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Despite a few drawbacks, like noise from neighboring rooms and the absence of an elevator, our overall experience at East Astana Hotel was superb. I highly recommend it. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The warmest hotel in Nur-Sultan with helpful staff, great location, and well-thought interior design. They provide useful facilities like a kettle, iron, and ironing board, making it ideal for business trips. The breakfast is decent and the service is friendly and professional.

Spent my Christmas here and I was blown away! the rooms were stylish with modern amenities like smart TV and mini bar. the location was key, close to attractions and restaurants. But the best part was the friendly and helpful staff! They went above and beyond, holding my stuff when I forgot it and printing out documents for me. And did I mention how warm the hotel was during the cold winter in the city? Definitely a plus!

The lack of noise isolation, it was hard to sleep with loud neighbors who stayed up all night laughing and playing music. So if you're looking for a place to rest quietly, this might not be the best option.

Modern design, clean rooms. Great staff, especially Saltanat who helped with car rental. Convenient location in the old town. Close to the riverside. Comfortable beds. Funny phone in the bathroom. Hotel-restaurant open until midnight with cheap local beer. Must try the horse steak.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the older part of town. The cleanliness was impressive, with everything spotless and fresh. The hotel facilities were great, offering amenities like a water boiler and complete toiletries in the bathroom. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, organizing cheap Uber taxis and even speaking English and German fluently. Additionally, the location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby offering direct buses to the museum and airport.
