The hotel is conveniently located near everything in Turkistan, with direct access to the centre and a short walk to the train station at a reasonable price. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff members are kind, helpful, and fluent in English. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, including fruits, eggs, meats, salads. The hotel also provides complimentary bottled water in the rooms.

The only good thing about this hotel was the fact that it was located centrally. It was easy to explore the city and all the attractions that were nearby. the room was also equipped with basic amenities that were functioning properly.

The negatives of this hotel made the experience quite unpleasant. the air conditioning in the room was out of control, and no matter how much we tried to adjust the temperature, it didn't work.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with great views of the Mausoleum. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly in assisting us with arranging a guide for our visit to Sauran and Otrar. The hotel is undergoing renovations in the surrounding area, which will make it even more beautiful in the future. Additionally, the Edem restaurant nearby is highly recommended for a delicious meal. I would recommend this hotel for its lovely ambiance, convenient location, and excellent service.

This place is in the perfect location, right next to all the main attractions in the surrounding area. It's so convenient to be able to walk to all the sights without having to travel far. The staff here are amazing, always ready to assist with any request and offer top-notch service. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the housekeeping does a great job ensuring everything is in order. The amenities provided are fantastic, including ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. We also loved the dining options available, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area right on-site.

We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.
