The location of the apartment was perfect, with easy access to the city center and attractions. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the Minster. The presence of two bathrooms was a bonus, providing convenience for larger groups or families. The shower facilities were excellent, and the apartment was well-appointed with modern furnishings. The agents were also very helpful and accommodating, providing alternative accommodation when there was a water leak issue.

It would have been nice if the apartment had provided basic bathroom amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

The apartment had 2 bathrooms, convenient location, free parking, great showers, clean and efficient communication with owner/agent. Extra key provided easily. Keypad entry and lift. Spacious with a view of the Minster.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the city walls and a mini supermarket for all your needs. The apartment offers modern facilities such as an efficient keypad entry system and a convenient lift. guests can enjoy the luxury of two bathrooms and spacious rooms with a view of the Minster.

Noise from the street can be a bit bothersome at times.

loved our overnight stay in york, and bootham house apartment-close to the minster was even better than our previous stay. beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful, with a perfect location near the city centre. the managing agents were easy to deal with and the apartment was spotlessly clean. we'll definitely be back!
