We spent Christmas at this mountain resort and had a great time. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering good ski slopes for beginners. The staff was polite and sweet, and the Georgian food served at the restaurants was amazing. The room we stayed in was clean and beautiful, and we enjoyed the cool and comfy weather.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the check-in process was chaotic and there was no help available to carry our luggage up the stairs to our tiny room.

As a solo female traveler, I absolutely loved this mountain resort! Nestled next to a tranquil river and close to the ski slopes, it was the perfect escape from busy city life. My premium treehouse accommodation was cozy and had a great bathroom with all the necessary amenities. The service was impeccable, and breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic with a stunning view of the mountains. With plenty of hiking trails, a zip line, and ropes courses, there were many facilities and room advantages to enjoy.

There was a bit of loud outside music at times, which was a slight distraction from the beautiful surroundings.

I had a fantastic time staying at this venue! It's located in an area that's away from the busy city life and next to the river. Plus, it's just a short distance from the ski slopes. The room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping were all top-notch. There were also shops and commercial services nearby, which was a great convenience. The staff was fantastic, and they even offered an airport shuttle. One of my favorite things was the welcome drink they gave me upon arrival. I also enjoyed the amazing tours/ticket assistance they provided, and the amenities like the terrace, in-room safe, and free toiletries.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The surroundings are beautiful with fresh air, trees, and mountains. The tree house is clean and cozy. There are many activities like rock climbing, hiking, zipline, and biking. Staff is friendly and the food is delicious.

Everything is what i need and want.

The food at the resort was fantastic, with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff were excellent and provided top-notch service throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, with stunning views of the mountains and nature.

One downside was the lack of English menus in the restaurant, which made it difficult for non-Russian speakers like myself to fully understand the dishes. Additionally, there was no confirmation for halaal food, which made it challenging for Muslim guests.

I stayed in a beautiful tree house alone and loved the colorful surroundings and nice ambiance. The price was perfect for the amazing view. The staff was helpful and kind. There were plenty of activities to enjoy nearby.

The cleanliness of the resort was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation services, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The resort's location in the picturesque mountains provided a tranquil and serene atmosphere. It was a great experience to observe squirrels and birds right at our doorstep.

I had a great weekend in the mountains. I loved the stunning surroundings and the range of activities available for families. The spa and the sauna were amazing and helped me wind down and relax. The restaurants were great too and we found the georgian cuisine especially delicious.

The experience was marred by a couple of minor inconveniences. The website had advertised an ice rink but it was closed.

It was the perfect escape from our busy lives. Another aspect that we loved was the wide range of activities available. From rock climbing to mountain karting, there was something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the hiking trails, which offered stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Lastly, the location was ideal. We were close to the Chymbulak slopes, just a one-hour taxi drive away, and there was even a nursery slope right in the middle of the resort.

One of the downsides of our stay was the lack of a supermarket nearby. It would have been convenient to have one within walking distance for any essentials we needed.
