We also found the taxi service to be efficient, affordable, and readily available. the location was great, with a supermarket conveniently located across the street. the hotel itself seemed new and well-maintained. the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early without any extra charges. the breakfast area was nice, and the hotel had a good WiFi signal for our convenience. We would definitely recommend Maxx Inn for a short-term stay in Astana.

Despite being tucked away amongst residential buildings, there is a convenient mart just a few meters away. The breakfast at Maxx Inn was the best I had during my time in Kazakhstan, offering a wide variety of tasty options. They even had the only decent espresso I found in the area. Unlike the other hotels I stayed in, the air conditioning in the room actually worked and I was able to open the window as well.

Two friendly ladies, one with good English, the other used Google Translate. A comfy room, attentive staff who help with limited English, and homemade breakfast. Good WiFi and a nice dining area. Early check-in without extra charge. Variety for breakfast and free tea/coffee in lobby.
