The pools were nice and kid-friendly. the playground and playroom were useful for rainy days. the breakfast was enjoyable, and there were a lot of options to pick from.

The facilities were not spacious enough for all the guests. We had to share the pools with too many people.

We had a fantastic stay at a resort in a great location, close to the train station and main tourist roads. Our room was spacious, filled with light, and had modern furniture. the comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchenette made our stay even more enjoyable. the spa area, though not very big, was nice and offered a relaxing experience. the hotel itself had a new and modern feel, which we loved.

Nothing I didn't like, to be fair. 😊

We stayed at a hotel in the mountains near a forest and it had a beautiful setting. The rooms were cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the wait staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and there were also two great dinner options at the restaurant. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained.

There was no internet connection on the TV, which was a downside if you didn't understand Polish.

We had an amazing stay at this resort. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with super nice beds. the resort itself was spotless, and we were impressed with the cleanliness everywhere. We enjoyed the great swimming pools and restaurant on site, and the view from the resort was absolutely wonderful. It was a quiet and peaceful place, perfect for some relaxation. the facilities for kids were also a great addition, and we particularly loved the amazing wheel at the reception. the receptionists were super nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything we needed was right there, making it a convenient and hassle-free experience. We highly recommend Czarny Kamien Resort & Spa for a perfect family weekend getaway.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The spa was small but nice, and I enjoyed relaxing there after a long day of exploring the beautiful setting near the forest. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms had a great view. The breakfast spread was tasty and provided a good start to the day.

I had a wonderful stay at a resort in Szklarska Poreba. The location was perfect for long walks and the terrace offered stunning views. The pool area was great and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was comfortable and spacious, like a small apartment. The breakfast and dinners at the restaurant were delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.
