As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the superb facilities at the hotel. The gym had state-of-the-art equipment that we hadn't seen before, and the Turkish hammam was a luxurious and relaxing experience. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and snow room were all top-notch amenities that added to our overall comfort. The onsite Asian-inspired restaurant offered a variety of delicious vegan options, satisfying our dietary preferences. The hotel staff provided excellent customer service, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout our stay. The surprise fruit basket in our room was a thoughtful touch.

We felt completely safe during our stay and had no reason to complain.

Christmas in this city was festive although we couldn't see any decorations from our room. Two complementary gifts- warm apple cider and gingerbread cookies made the stay feel special. the location was quite accessible to public transport making it easy to explore the city. the room had a decent view and the minifridge was stocked with complimentary drinks.

Contrary to the positive aspects, the room was too small for two of us and our luggage. the heater was ineffective as it could barely keep the room warm.

The noise level, as the lack of sound isolation made it difficult to sleep at times. it was only a minor issue and did not affect my overall positive experience at this venue.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and luxurious suite at Rixos. The decor was stunning and the atmosphere was peaceful. The serenade at the piano corner added a touch of elegance to my stay. The management at Rixos was top-notch, ensuring a memorable experience.

During our stay, we had a really good experience at the hotel. The location was convenient, with a shop nearby where we could easily buy tea sachets. The room was comfortable, with a clean bathroom and a stunning view. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, especially Lashyn, Lidiya, and Mukhammed, who were very kind and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. The hotel also had great facilities, including a spa, gym, and restaurant.

There was one negative aspect that stood out. The rooms were not as soundproof as advertised, as we could hear voices from neighboring rooms.
