I was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the rooms at Royal Tulip. The spa facilities, including the Hamam and swimming pool, were excellent for relaxation. Despite a few drawbacks, the breakfast was tasty and satisfying. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, with a stunning crystal chandelier in the ceiling. The spacious rooms are a highlight, with comfortable beds, and a balcony offering a magnificent view of the Tien Shan mountains. The large marble bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower is a luxurious touch. The staff is friendly and the service is great. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and the pool and spa facilities are top-notch.

The hotel is located on a slope, which might be inconvenient for some guests who prefer to be closer to the mountains.

Spacious room, huge bathroom. Excellent city view and snowy mountains. Good breakfast. Impressive spa, swimming pool, gym, billiards, and karaoke for relaxation. No eggs and porridge at breakfast, but overall a satisfying stay.

Great location and convenient access to key city landmarks and awesome scenic views. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. the balcony had a breathtaking city view. the property facilities are varied.

The service was poor starting from check-in where I had to wait for a long time. the room was not clean and had a very unpleasant odor.

The luxurious amenities here are astounding. Our stay exceeded all expectations as we indulged in the exclusive facilities including the Spa & wellness centre, Indoor Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Massage services. the Garden area was also lovely for a tranquil moment amidst the city. We also enjoyed the delicious meals and cocktails at the bar/lounge and Restaurant.

The management could have been more welcoming upon our entry. the security check at the entrance felt unpleasant.
