During my recent stay at Shera Inn, I was truly impressed by the stunning mountain view from the hotel. The location in the city center made it convenient for exploring Almaty. The room was spacious and clean, with modern furniture and a comfortable bed. The breakfast spread was comprehensive, offering a variety of choices. Despite a few minor inconveniences mentioned by other guests in the database, my overall experience at Shera Inn was positive and I would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this hotel. the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were great extras and saved us money. the hotel's location near the mountains and city center was perfect for exploring the area. the room was also very comfortable and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day.

We had trouble finding our way around the hotel and the bellboy was not available to assist us. some aspects of the room, such as the noisy door hinges and inconsistent air conditioning, could have been better maintained.
