There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, with beautiful views of the canal and just across from the bus station. The staff here are incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and modern, with a huge, comfortable bed and all the amenities we could ask for, including a mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is situated in the heart of the Quays shopping centre, making it convenient for shopping enthusiasts. there is a nearby restaurant where guests can enjoy delicious meals. The staff in the restaurant are also extremely friendly, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

One downside of the hotel is that the residents bar closes quite early, which may be disappointing for those looking for a late-night drink.

As young holiday goers, we loved the spacious and bright rooms at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The leisure complex was a great addition, especially after completing a half marathon. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, and the majority of the staff were helpful and kind.

The rooms were quite clean and the food was really good. I also loved the fact that the hotel was located near the city centre which made it very convenient to explore the area. the staff was friendly and always willing to assist with any requests.

The cleaning was done later in the day which made me wait to enjoy my room. the dinner service could have been better as it was slow and inadequate to cater to large groups.
