During my recent stay at Sheraton, I experienced exceptional service from the hotel team. They remembered me by name and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Despite a minor issue with the welcome drink, everything else was perfect. The hotel's spa facilities and location were excellent, and the in-room dining was top-notch. The staff at breakfast were extremely friendly, and overall, the hotel provided great value for the prices.

the exclusive amenities and services fulfilled our needs. the polite and professional staff provided us with great service. the in-room dining was excellent and the breakfasts were majestic, with a wide variety of options available. the spa facilities were excellent and the location was perfect, with plenty of nearby malls.

While everything else was great, we did encounter one small issue. When we entered our room, we found a few minor faults such as slightly worn-off furniture.

The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and had a wide variety of options. the location was also a plus, with plenty of shopping options nearby and easy access to the city center.

The room could have used a bit of a spruce-up, with some door handles and furniture showing signs of wear and tear. However, overall, our stay was pleasant and the positive aspects far outweighed the negative ones.
