During my recent stay at Sheraton, I experienced exceptional service from the hotel team. They remembered me by name and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Despite a minor issue with the welcome drink, everything else was perfect. The hotel's spa facilities and location were excellent, and the in-room dining was top-notch. The staff at breakfast were extremely friendly, and overall, the hotel provided great value for the prices.

Our stay at this hotel was luxurious and enjoyable. The exclusive amenities and services fulfilled our needs. The polite and professional staff provided us with great service. While everything else was great, we did encounter one small issue. When we entered our room, we found a few minor faults such as slightly worn-off furniture.
