During my recent stay at Sheraton, I experienced exceptional service from the hotel team. They remembered me by name and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Despite a minor issue with the welcome drink, everything else was perfect. The hotel's spa facilities and location were excellent, and the in-room dining was top-notch. The staff at breakfast were extremely friendly, and overall, the hotel provided great value for the prices.

While everything else was great, we did encounter one small issue. When we entered our room, we found a few minor faults such as slightly worn-off furniture.

The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and had a wide variety of options. the location was also a plus, with plenty of shopping options nearby and easy access to the city center.
