The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location at the top of the first Shymbulak cable car is a fantastic advantage for those looking to hit the slopes right away. The service provided by the staff is outstanding, and they go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable, with fantastic views from the large balcony. Plus, the breakfast provided is a delicious start to the day.

All was satisfactory, nothing that stood out as needing improvement.

Conveniently located next to the ski lifts, providing easy access to the mountain. The cable car ride was breathtaking, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful when we checked in. it was nice to have a warm room to return to after a cold day out in the snow.

The room was unkempt, with stained carpets and dirty windows. The towels were old and worn, and the buffet breakfast lacked variety and freshness.

Our stay at the resort was overall enjoyable. The location was excellent, right next to the lifts, making it convenient for skiing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and our room was clean. The breakfast, although not buffet style, was still satisfactory. The warm pool and sauna were a nice bonus, and the restaurant and bar had good operating hours.
