We had a very comfortable stay at Sultan Palace. The bed in our room was incredibly cozy and we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep. The facilities were top-notch, especially the remarkable room and bathroom. The hotel appeared well-maintained and our room was clean and spacious. The staff was also very helpful, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised when a complimentary fruit plate was delivered to our room shortly after check-in. we had a positive experience at Sultan Palace and would recommend it for a short stay.

During my xmas stay, the welcome fruit platter was a nice freebie, and I appreciated the stylish room design. the hotel's key location next to the airport made transportation very convenient. the swimming pool area was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

the staff was overly zealous in reminding me to check out, calling me three times in the morning when I was already aware of the check-out time. It was a very annoying experience that left a bad taste in my mouth.

Brand new hotel, ideal for foreign business travelers. Large rooms with new furniture and bathroom equipment. Hospitable staff, especially Ms. Altynay at Reception. Great local food and nice compound. Close to the airport.

Nothing not too like.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms and comfortable furnishings. The hotel provided excellent amenities, including a fully equipped gym and temperature-controlled pool. The daily room cleaning and well-stocked fridge were a bonus. The location was convenient, with easy access to all parts of the city.

Felt right at home, no complaints.
