The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful bathrooms and tasteful decor. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast, although limited in options, is enjoyable and the restaurant staff are extremely friendly. Additionally, the hotel is part of a shopping mall, offering some convenience with nearby shops.

Some guests mentioned noise issues, such as hearing people in the hallway and construction noise during the day.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel and the driver was waiting for me at the airport with a sign displaying my name. This made me feel welcomed and relieved after a long flight. They were particularly accommodating when I needed assistance with ordering a Bolt and ensuring I arrived at the correct destination. The night staff even took the time to show me to my room and familiarize me with the facilities, which I greatly appreciated. The restaurant staff were attentive and provided excellent service, going above and beyond by teaching me some Kiswahili phrases. The hot water in the hotel was consistent, allowing me to enjoy a refreshing shower. Additionally, the food served at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, exceeding my expectations. The friendly and attentive staff, along with the comfortable accommodations, made my stay at Prideinn Plaza a great experience.

One slight drawback was that the bed was a bit short for my tall husband, but it was still comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location did not offer much in terms of nearby attractions or dining options, as some of the surrounding eating places were closed.

Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great patio outside for chilling. the location is convenient for those who love the hustle and bustle of the city and for truckers who need to accommodate their lorries. the food was delicious, and there's an excellent restaurant right next to the hotel.

There were some downsides to my new year at the hotel. the security guards were overzealous, insisting on unnecessary body searches, even though I'd stayed there for several nights.

The hotel was clean, rooms were huge, breakfast had healthy choices, shuttle service was on time, Seth was a wonderful driver, location was convenient with easy access to the airport.
