The location of Cha-An Hotel Ueno was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from Ueno train station. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for Tokyo standards. We even had an additional sitting area next to the beds. Plus, the separate shower, toilet, and sink made it very convenient for our family of three. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable rooms.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was unbeatable. With the affordable prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, especially with the memory foam mattresses on the beds. And to my delight, they even provided extra toiletries like hair straighteners! Additionally, the location in a quiet area of Ueno was perfect, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

One minor improvement could be made regarding the night sensor lights. It would have been nice to have the option to switch them off completely.

The coffee machine was a nice addition and it made my mornings easier. the location was really convenient as it was close to the train station and a great selection of restaurants. the elevator was a great plus, especially after a long day out.

The room was too small for my comfort and it felt claustrophobic. the bed was too soft and made it hard to sleep comfortably.

I recently had a wonderful stay in a hotel located in a quiet but convenient neighborhood. The hotel is situated near a beautiful park and offers easy access to metro and JR stations. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel provided a delicious breakfast and had a lovely view from the room. it was a fantastic experience.

There was one small inconvenience during my stay. The night sensor lights in the room could not be switched off completely, which occasionally disturbed my sleep.
