The Best Western hotel in Nairobi was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr Jackson and Teddy. The property was worth the amount and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of food and the location was convenient. I always stay here when in Nairobi.
