He went above and beyond to ensure my husband had delicious meals tailored to his dietary needs. Additionally, the service provided by the waitstaff was jovial and top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and gluten-free dining options.

They provided professional drivers who escorted me to my destinations, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. the heated pool and beautiful garden were a great way to relax, and the gym and jacuzzi were top-notch. the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches like slippers and a clean cloth placed by the bed. the hotel also offered convenient services like a beauty salon and convenience store.

They even went so far as to arrange for the safe delivery of a forgotten item after we had checked out. the facility itself was beautiful and had an authentic African charm that we loved. we can confidently say that Serena Hotel is one of the best smaller hotels we have stayed at in Africa, and we will definitely be returning on our next business trip.

The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a bathroom equipped with all the necessary amenities. The gardens surrounding the hotel were a beautiful place to relax and unwind.

There were renovations happening during our stay, which made the front area a bit messy.
