Our stay was just fantastic! The hotel feels like a serene oasis, complete with beautiful gardens that add a lush vibe. The Aksum Bar, with its unique Ethiopian theme, was an amazing spot to relax after a day of exploring, and the buffet selection at breakfast had everything from fresh fruit to made-to-order omelets.

However, we found that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times.

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the hotel's exceptional service, particularly at the Ethiopian-inspired Aksum Bar, where the serene gardens provided a beautiful backdrop. Breakfast was a delightful experience, featuring a wide range of fresh options, including a live omelet station. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable.

During my one night stay, I felt truly at home thanks to the exceptional hospitality. The pool was inviting, and post-swim, I enjoyed refreshing drinks by the bar. Don't miss the delicious spa services and the relaxing ambiance in the morning. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time staying at this place , especially when the kids were taken care of by the staff. Every day we went on 2-3 safari rides and it was like seeing a movie come to life , with lions just chilling in the grass and elephants stomping around. The food was all buffet style and every meal was tasty. The staff treated our 4 kids like royalty.

Yeah, it wasn’t exactly a bargain , but the experiences we had made it worth it.

Check-in was a breeze, 'specially with Calvin and John helpin’ out—real good folks! The garden was a sight for sore eyes, and the buffet breakfast was just full of goodies. Really coulda stayed longer!

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room, and honestly, it was super comfy! The decor was nice with that African touch, and the amenities were pretty solid, though they were a bit dated. The bed was really cozy, making it hard to get up in the morning. Oh, and the view from my window was lovely—definitely a highlight! Just wished the floors could’ve been a bit cleaner. Overall, a nice spot to rest after a long day.

This hotel was just a great match for a cursory stop in Nairobi with value for money. They arranged a PCR test in the room for us before our flight, which was super convenient. Make sure to check for late checkout options to maximize your stay!
