He went above and beyond to ensure my husband had delicious meals tailored to his dietary needs. Additionally, the service provided by the waitstaff was jovial and top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and gluten-free dining options.

Our stay was marred by the ongoing construction work at the hotel. The noise was constant and disruptive, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our time there.

It was great to relax outside and enjoy a delicious meal after a long flight. the location was very convenient as it was close to key attractions.

During my stay, there was only one operational lift due to current building works which made it frustrating to get around. I was disappointed to discover that some of my money had gone missing from my room.

The personnel is always helpful and available. They understand business travelers, offering room service breakfast. The staff is attentive and remembers your name. The hotel has an authentic and well-maintained African ambiance. I would definitely return on my next business trip.

The facility itself was beautiful and had an authentic African charm that we loved. we can confidently say that Serena Hotel is one of the best smaller hotels we have stayed at in Africa, and we will definitely be returning on our next business trip.

The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a bathroom equipped with all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of fresh choices, including an omelette station. The gardens surrounding the hotel were a beautiful place to relax and unwind.

There were renovations happening during our stay, which made the front area a bit messy.
