I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness in my room. The carpet hadn't seen a vacuum in ages, making my stay feel unwelcoming. The breakfast experience was nothing short of disastrous. on my first day, the food was all gone by the time I arrived. It was infuriating to find almost empty stations just before closing hours. To top it off, the staff pressured me at checkout to delete my honest review, which only highlighted their desperate attempt to cover up their service flaws.

Had a delightful stay with lovely, professional front desk staff who made us feel right at home. The location is fantastic, just a stroll from everything, making it easy to explore all the nearby spots. Plus, the spa services were a lovely treat!

However, the wifi was a bit moody, like a diva throwing a tantrum.

I had an amazing time exploring all the nearby attractions, with hoan kiem lake just a short walk away, and the temple of the jade mountain only about 300 meters which made my daily strolls absolutely delightful. plus, the staff were incredibly friendly, always showing a willingness to help with restaurant recommendations, making my stay even more enjoyable.
