Incredible service

During my recent stay at Radisson Blu, I experienced truly incredible service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. One particular staff member, Geoffrey, stood out with his exceptional attention to detail and friendly demeanor. He made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was impressive, with spacious and clean rooms offering panoramic views of the city. The food options were diverse and delicious, catering to both continental and local tastes. I must mention the Italian fiesta night, which was an absolute delight for my taste buds. The ambience throughout the hotel was warm and inviting. Despite some minor drawbacks like issues with the room's air conditioning, I found the overall experience at Radisson Blu to be exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Exceptional staff, helpful and accommodating. Safe, central location. Good room ambiance, with heated pool and reliable internet. Well-trained staff, comfortable bed, excellent shower. Gracious welcome, thoughtful gestures in room. Delicious food, attentive room service. Perfect laundry service. Quiet, spacious, and clean.

Located very close to the city center, the hotel offers convenience for exploring the area's attractions. The well-porched garden adds a tranquil ambiance to the property. The rooms are spacious and modern, equipped with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The breakfast offers a variety of interesting flavors, including local Kenyan cuisine. The friendly staff is always ready to assist and even offers Swahili language lessons.

One downside is that the gym can get crowded when the hotel is fully booked.

We had a delightful stay at the hotel. the staff at Radisson Blu were incredibly helpful and made excellent suggestions to make our stay more enjoyable and cost-effective. We particularly appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to extend our stay until late in the day to accommodate our midnight flight. the hotel itself was stunning, with a modern and beautiful design. the food options were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the diverse drink menu.

Nothing not to like! 😊 the only minor issue we experienced was with the temperature of the hotel shower, which was sometimes inconsistent.

The weekend stay was a good experience. the hotel provided complementary snacks and drinks which were a pleasant surprise. the location was great, close to many shops and restaurants. the breakfast had a wide variety of options.

The staff was not friendly during check-in and check-out. the room was not very clean and the bathroom had a bad odor.

A Good Stay, but for One Thing!

We had a very modern and stylish stay at Radisson Blu Hotel. The hotel facilities were good and the front desk service was quite good too. However, we did encounter one issue that affected our stay. The airport transfer I had booked and paid for forgot to pick us up! It was quite frustrating and the initial response when I called for help was less than enthusiastic. But aside from this, the overall experience was positive and I would consider staying again. I recommend this hotel for its modernity and good service.

This hotel is pure luxury, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my desires. the spacious room contained comfortable bedding, complimentary bottled water, and fast Wi-Fi. I enjoyed the full body massage and beauty treatment at the spa. the Larder restaurant's gourmet food was delicious, and the bar staff was very knowledgeable about cocktails.

One minor issue was the cooking smells from the kitchen, which were strong in the corridors where bedrooms were located.
