I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the spotless rooms to the pristine pool area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spa with its fascinating history. The transportation was convenient, with transfers to the beach and airport as a bonus. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the caldera. The staff, particularly the barman Damiano, was incredibly friendly and made me feel like a friend. I loved the bathtub in the living room with its stunning view. the hotel had lovely staff, great facilities, and a convenient location.

This hotel is conveniently located near two small villages that offer stunning views. It is close to all the beaches and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel for easy access to the towns. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and clean towels in the bathrooms. The staff is attentive and helpful, providing exceptional service. The breakfast is delicious and there are facilities like a bar and spa where guests can relax and unwind.

Some guests complained about the lack of power sockets near the night tables and the inconvenience of having them placed randomly on the walls.

The location was great, with amazing views from the room and the pool area. We also appreciated the complementary drinks and snacks upon arrival. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The noise from the road below was unbearable, and the heavy traffic woke us up early every morning. the room was also not very clean, with stained sheets and dirty towels left in the bathroom.
