My recent stay at Raha Suites was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The manager, Mr Ayub, was incredibly helpful and even assisted me with my groceries. The bed in my room was very comfortable, and the shower was updated and provided warm water, which was much appreciated in Nairobi's chilly weather. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on, and the location in Westlands was perfect. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Raha Suites.

While there were no major issues, there were a few minor drawbacks. The wifi occasionally had some connectivity issues, and the rooms were not completely soundproof, allowing some noise from adjacent rooms.
