The staff were super cheerful and the breakfast had a fantastic variety. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find the pool under renovation, which I wish I had known in advance.

The outdoor pool was fantastic and provided a great space for relaxation after a busy day.

However, the lack of storage space in the Family Room was cumbersome, making it challenging to keep things organized during our stay.

Now for a cheeky critique, the swimming pool was dirty, and we had to wait for it to be cleaned! The front desk lady seemed a bit unapproachable for questions. Plus, I was stuck at the end of the long hallway, and the connecting door echoed the sounds from next door, making it tough to sleep! Oh, and wifi? Forget it!

The extraordinary staff made our stay delightful, welcoming us with smiles and assistance at every turn. The breakfast spread was surprisingly good, with a nice mix of local and international flavors!

However, the Family Room A was lacking in storage. no closets or small cabinets made it cumbersome to keep things organized. The bathroom layout felt a bit odd with the sink placed outside, and noise from the hallway was more than a little distracting at times. Also, the kids’ zone was pretty underwhelming, offering very little in terms of entertainment. And let's not forget that the pool was under renovation during our stay. Overall, there were definitely some areas that could use improvement to enhance the experience.

Impressed with the amenities! Stayed in a Family Room with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a safety deposit box. Loved the spa facilities, especially the outdoor swimming pool and foot massage. The staff were welcoming, and the breakfast spread had amazing options. The room was neat, with body soap, hairdryer, and comfy bathrobes. Would love to return!

brittany hotel global south formerly mella is a lovely place. the outdoor pool is fantastic, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. we had a great time at breakfast with lots of yummy options. the hotel is in a great location without breaking the bank. the room had a nice view, which was perfect for relaxing at night.

the wi-fi was tricky at times,, and i really wished for a better connection. but the breakfast had so many delicious choices and the staff were super friendly and helpful! the room was great with a lovely view at night! 🌟
