During our Easter getaway, we were pleased with the comfortable cottage room and the lovely gardens surrounding it. It offered a peaceful sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also appreciated the friendly staff who greeted us by name and took care of our needs. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with shops within easy walking distance.

There were some aspects that we were not satisfied with. the bathroom was uncomfortable, and the shower had issues with water pressure.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful touches. The location was convenient, right in the town center. The staff treated me like a VIP, always anticipating my needs and providing excellent service.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options.

I stayed at Bristol Cottages Kilimanjaro for 2 weeks, with one week on my own. The staff took excellent care of me, always greeting me by name and anticipating my every need. The cottage I stayed in was well worth the money, with a luxurious bed, great WiFi, and a lovely veranda overlooking beautiful gardens. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff worked exceptionally hard to make my stay the best. The hotel also arranged trustworthy taxi drivers, making transportation hassle-free.
