The service at check-in and check-out was wonderful, thanks to Eunice and Hamed. The staff, including Gordon, Paul, and a lovely hostess in hijab , provided amazing service throughout our stay. The bartenders also did a great job. The swimming pools were delightful and the food was great. The sea-facing rooms were well-kept and very comfortable. The resort is spacious and offers gorgeous views, multiple bars, massage rooms, pools, a stage for live performances.

We felt very lucky to have found this resort and had no reason to complain.

I loved the Kids Club team, the evening performances, and the inviting pools. The all-inclusive option made it easy to enjoy everything without any extra costs. The attentive staff were always helpful, and I particularly enjoyed the Stress Free Zone on the roof. it was a great resort to stay in.
