My recent holiday was comfortable, clean and spacious, just what I needed to relax. the staff were okay, although not particularly interactive, I did enjoy the experience. the location of the hotel was just what I needed to explore the town, and the easy access to the cigar factory was a great advantage. the highlight of my stay was the swimming pool, although the mosquitoes were quite active, they did not deter me from enjoying moments by the pool. Overall it was a great experience, I highly recommend it.

Although breakfast was not provided, it was rather disappointing as it required a walk into town. It was also quite expensive, and as a solo traveler, I found the price a bit too high.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. The hotel offered twin rooms which was great for solo travelers. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to the bus station and the Santa Clara cigar factory. I enjoyed visiting the cigar factory and learning about the cigar industry.

The staff at the hotel were a bit impersonal and not very friendly. The mosquitoes around the swimming pool were a nuisance and made it difficult to relax.
