I recently stayed at a hotel situated just adjacent to a beautiful forest. The location was perfect, as it was close to pretty much everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a big bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. I particularly enjoyed having breakfast while seeing monkeys in the forest nearby. it was a great experience.

That the food options were limited and lacked variety.

The value for money at West Wood Hotel in Nairobi was excellent, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, close to everything yet exceptionally quiet, with monkeys jumping around in the nearby forest. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and provided trustworthy service, especially Joseph the taxi driver.

The breakfast could have been improved by ensuring timely and complete room service delivery.

Second time at the hotel and it was amazing to be welcomed by so many monkeys. the security guys are super nice and kind, Sheila was there to welcome us and it felt like we have known her for a while even though we have never met her. the internet was working better compared to the first stay. the team at the restaurant was great, delicious food and great ambiance. the garlic fries were really tasty and full of flavor. Basically, Westwood Hotel is our home as we enjoy our holiday around Kenya. Thank you all.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience truly enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very cozy bed and fluffy pillows. The hotel had a great atmosphere, and the outdoor restaurant was a beautiful addition. We particularly loved the scenic views and the option to dine outside. The service we received at the bar and garden area was top-notch, with Emmanuel and Johh ensuring our comfort. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we can't wait to come back again!

my second stay in nairobi was below average, but west wood hotel was a pleasant surprise. the spacious room, luxurious bathroom, and comfortable bed exceeded my expectations. the staff were friendly and the chef's delicious pilau was a highlight. overall, a good value for money experience.

From the security lady at the gate to Emmanuel at the bar, Ann, Sheila, and the others, everyone was so helpful. the hotel's location was perfect, giving us the feeling of being in the city but away from the hustle and bustle. We loved the food, with generous portions and beautiful presentation. the hotel price was also very affordable. our experience at Westwood Hotel was amazing and we can't wait to visit again.

My room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the forest. Although the TV only had a few channels, I didn't mind since I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The open-air restaurant had amazing food, although slightly pricey. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.
