i loved the warm interiors of 9 brick, which created a cozy vibe. it's perfectly located right in the heart of hongdae, so everything is within walking distance. the staff went above and beyond, even taking us to a nearby chicken and beer restaurant when we arrived late. the breakfast room was stunning, filled with natural light and greenery, making the mornings enjoyable.

the internet could be improved as it was a bit inconsistent.

Some reception staff could use customer service training!!! Not the best practices were followed when dealing with lost items. Tossed my bag while leaving behind another!!! Attention to detail could really enhance the guest experience!!!

Extra bed was uncomfortable and sheets were dirty.

right at home. We appreciated the spacious rooms and comfy beds after long days exploring. The unexpected surprise of a breakfast alternative when filming disrupted our plans was a lovely touch! Just a few minor hiccups with storage space.

absolutley not impressed! the breakfast was supposed to be an amazing buffet but turned out to be the sad choice of eggs benedict or french toast, which left me with an upset stomach, what is next? also, no ‘do not disturb’ button worked, I expected more, woudl ve been great if they showed some class, but alas.

The hotel's location in Hongdae is sweet as, heaps of bars and restaurants nearby! But the cleanliness was a letdown—walls had boogers and dirty towels. Overall, a mixed bag.

the cleanliness could've been better, especially in the bathroom. but the location is perfect with lots of restaurants and shops nearby! ! the staff was super responsive when we needed extra hangers and the room was spacious and cozy. also loved the mini pool on the terrace!

However, it would've been great if breakfast was included in the room price. Also, the room could use a full-length mirror for getting ready.
