This hotel is perfect for those on a budget. The counter staff, especially Anne, speak English and are incredibly helpful. They gave clear directions to a nearby medical clinic when my husband got sick. The staff also accommodated our late-night flight by allowing us to store our luggage after check-out. The room was well-maintained with timely amenities refill, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. it felt like being at home, and we would definitely choose this place again when visiting Korea. This hotel is an excellent value for money. The rooms are very clean, with all the necessary amenities, and a comfortable king-sized bed. The location is great, situated between two train stations and close to the subway station in the centre of the city. The breakfast offered is basic but serves the purpose, with excellent croissants.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a subway line, making it easy to explore the city. It is also within walking distance of Dongdaemun History & Culture Park subway station, providing easy access to various attractions. Additionally, there are several restaurants and markets in the area, allowing guests to experience local Korean flavors.

The shower lacks separation, resulting in a wet bathroom after use.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the passcode doors were very convenient. We enjoyed the daily cleaning and the complementary toiletries and water bottles. the hotel was located in a great area with bus stops nearby and in the middle of two metro stops. There was also a convenient store across the street which was open 24/7, perfect for those late night snacks!

The automated check-in system had some errors and did not let us do an early check-in. the warm waiting area before check-in was uncomfortable during the summer.

The room at Acube Hotel Dongdaemun was clean and comfortable. I loved how the housekeeping staff did an excellent job daily. The hotel's location was convenient, with subway stations nearby and Dongdaemun shopping centre within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Seoul.

I had the best stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and always helped me with directions and recommendations. The rooms were spotless and had a simple modern design. It was conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby for convenience. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. this hotel had everything I needed for a fantastic stay in this city.

the location of the hotel couldn't have been any better. We were within walking distance of all the major attractions and the metro station was conveniently located nearby. the staff, especially Damien the concierge and Mr Kim at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and friendly. the hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the daily maid service always made our beds impeccably. Breakfast was a delight, with the croissants being the best we've ever had. We even ordered the chicken in soy sauce for dinner one night, and it was absolutely delicious. we had an amazing experience at Acube Hotel Dongdaemun.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at a hotel in Seoul. the room was clean, spacious, and perfect for my family of five. We appreciated the laundry room and the convenience of a water and ice dispenser on the top floor. the staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. We even received a lovely welcome box and personal letter from the supervisor. the hotel's location was also ideal, with a nearby convenience store and subway entrance. a great experience.
