Our stay at Andaz was exceptional. The modern and practical design of our room made us feel comfortable and at home. The cleanliness was spotless, and the separate powder room and spacious bathroom were a nice touch. The hotel's location right next to the subway station was incredibly convenient for exploring Seoul. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities, like the swimming pool and 24-hour gym, added to the overall luxury experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety of food. We had a wonderful time as a family and would definitely choose Andaz again. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxurious amenities and exceptional service. From the well-designed and spacious rooms to the efficient concierge staff, we felt pampered throughout our stay. the Spa centre, equipped with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi, provided a truly relaxing experience. the Spa lounge was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. the restaurant served delicious delicacies, and the in-room breakfast was a delight.

this was compensated for by the private facilities available for our exclusive use, such as the leisure/ TV room and bar/lounge area.

The location is perfect, right next to a subway station and close to the famous London Bagel shop. The hotel has everything we could possibly need, from cozy and clean rooms to professional and accommodating staff. The facilities are amazing, with top-quality appliances like air purifiers and TOTO bidets in the bathrooms. The variety of snacks and drinks, as well as the LA Kalbi tray set from room service, are a definite highlight.

I would have liked a larger king-size bed in the room.
