The location of this hotel is fantastic, with many restaurants and shops nearby. It is also conveniently close to the duty free shops and a popular shopping street. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast had a variety of options including cereal, fruits, and bread.

Some of the carpark staff had difficulty communicating in English, leading to misunderstandings.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Jeju and had a great experience. The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and cafes. The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's so convenient as it is not far from the airport and near many restaurants and shops. Everything I needed was within easy reach, making my stay here so much more enjoyable. Additionally, the service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that my room was always clean and provided with all the necessary amenities like heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The free wi-fi in the rooms was also a great feature, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great location, spacious and clean rooms with free high-tech toilets, and nice city and airport views from the rooftop.

No toothbrushes or toothpaste are offered, and the wall sockets are too loose to fit European chargers. Refurbishment of the walls is necessary as the wallpaper was worn, and the language barrier made communication difficult with the front desk.
