The staff working at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was located in a prime spot that was close to many great restaurants and coffee shops. we loved that our room had a beautiful sea view that was absolutely breathtaking.

One issue was that the hot water in the shower was not always reliable and sometimes we had to wait a while for it to heat up. we noticed that some staff members at the reception were not very knowledgeable about the local area and were unable to offer us suggestions for things to see and do.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Busan! The location was perfect, just a short walk across the bridge to the bustling Jagalchi Market. The room was spacious and offered a nice view of the harbor. The staff was incredibly accommodating and provided great service throughout my stay.

The staff is attentive and the breakfast options, including both Korean and Western cuisines, are satisfying. The hotel also offers facilities such as self-laundry services and a convenience store nearby.

One downside is that the shower temperature can fluctuate, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

The view from our room at Bay Hound was absolutely breathtaking. During the day, we could see the beautiful harbor and all the ships passing by. At night, the lights reflecting on the water created a magical atmosphere. It truly made our stay memorable.
