We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed. The staff were professional and had a great attitude. The location was convenient, with easy access to the subway and nearby food options. The gym was well-equipped and clean.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Seoul for a family vacation. The room was spacious and had a beautiful river view, with the added convenience of tea and coffee in the room. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to fulfill my last-minute requests. The free WiFi was a bonus, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location, connected to a metro station and IFC Mall, provided plenty of dining and shopping options. it was a great experience.

I gotta say, I felt like I got great value for my money at Conrad Seoul. The room was spacious and modern, with a killer view of the river and city. The staff treated me like a VIP, always going above and beyond to help.

Hotel breakfast could've used some more variety. A little more selection would've made it even better.

We loved the spacious and clean room, which made us feel like we were in a luxury house. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating, even when we had last-minute requests. The free WiFi was a great bonus, and the room was still cleaned the next day, even though we forgot to request it. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to explore the city, especially the nearby IFC mall. a nice stay for both couples and families.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The well-equipped gym and indoor pool were impressive. The larger room size compared to other luxury hotels in Seoul was a pleasant surprise. The staff was professional and helpful. The modern and comfortable room had amazing views of the Han River. Special mention to the small cake provided for our special event. The 37th floor restaurant & cocktail lounge was a must-visit spot. The Grand Corner Suite on the 12th smoking floor had a spacious walk-in closet and a huge bathroom. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The riverside park nearby was a nice place to relax.

One evening, after a long day of exploring the city, I was craving a delicious meal but was too tired to go out. I decided to order room service and was pleasantly surprised by the promptness and professionalism of the staff. They took my order with a genuine smile and made sure to accommodate all my dietary preferences. The food arrived at my door in no time and was presented beautifully. The flavors were absolutely exquisite, and I could tell that the ingredients were of the highest quality. The attention to detail and the luxury touch truly made it feel like a five-star experience. Even though I had a few minor issues during my stay, this exceptional room service truly made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and indulgent experience.

I have to say, this hotel is definitely in my top 3 out of all the 5-star hotels I've stayed at around the world. The facilities were fantastic, and the location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and shopping malls. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, always willing to help with anything we needed. They even provided excellent advice on visiting Nami Island to see the breathtaking autumn foliage. The hotel's cleanliness and the variety of amenities were impressive, and the breakfast at Zest was delicious. And let's not forget the stunning night view of the city right next door to the hotel. Truly unforgettable!

The in-room dining service was excellent, with gracious staff and even a TV in the bathroom mirror. The Grand Corner Suite on the smoking floor was spacious and luxurious, with a huge bathroom and a comfy bed. The staff was extremely nice, always resolving any extra requests. a nice stay for couples or families.
