Perfect location for a short opera visit. The hotel has a certain charm, typical of Vienna. The bed is huge and comfy. The bath is high, not suitable for those with mobility issues. The decor is classy and luxurious. The room with twin beds was small but good size. The bathroom is spacious and the shower had great pressure and temperature. Service was excellent, with thoughtful turndown service offered.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were able to easily find restaurants nearby for meals, as the hotel is located close to the main shopping street. The breakfast served was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service. Furthermore, the hotel's location made it convenient for transportation and allowed us to easily visit all the major attractions in this city.

Exceptionally helpful staff, especially the concierge who recommended amazing ballet and symphony experiences. Classic style, spacious bathroom with high-quality materials, excellent breakfast, and one of the best sushi restaurants in town. A 5-star hotel with history, tradition, and great service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was stunning and beautifully decorated. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and served in a gorgeous setting. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. They made my stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was easy to hire a taxi or take a walk around the center. The hotel also had a grocery store connected to it, making it convenient and affordable for breakfast and lunch.

I had a lovely visit at the Grand Hotel Wien. The location was incredibly convenient, with parks, the Hofburg, and the Spanish Riding School all within walking distance. The reception staff had a good command of English and were knowledgeable about the local attractions. The hotel's location was perfect, with central sights just a short walk away. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the U-Bahn station was only a 2-minute walk away. Our room was quiet, exactly as requested, and the comfortable beds with linen sheets ensured a good night's sleep. The grand entrance and imposing foyer added to the overall charm and elegance of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel just outside Vienna's busy tourist area. The lobby was elegant and our executive room was comfortable with a lovely view of the street. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of options including Laurent Perrier Champagne. The hotel also adjoins a shopping mall which was convenient. Despite a few minor inconveniences like dirty cups and a deposit charge, we would still recommend this hotel. a great experience.
