The staff were exceptionally helpful and fluent in English, making communication a breeze. Amy, in particular, provided excellent hospitality during check-in. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we could ask for including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel offered a range of facilities, including a fitness center and a restaurant with a bar/lounge area. we were extremely impressed with the comfort and quality of service here.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with universal outlets, making it convenient for travelers from all over the world. Additionally, the staff is polite and courteous, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

The signage to the hotel entrance could be improved, as some guests had difficulty finding it when arriving from the airport.

The location of Four Points is perfect, just a short walk from Seoul Station. We loved the modern decor and the helpfulness of the front desk staff. The bed was comfortable and we had multiple pillow options which was great.

It made getting around the city so easy. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was beautifully decorated and very relaxing. We appreciated the comfortable bed and the nice bathroom with a remote-controlled bidet. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists who spoke good English to the housekeepers who left a sweet note and candy in our room. the service was top-notch.

There weren't many good dining options in the vicinity of the hotel. It was a bit of a hassle to either take a bus or walk a long way to find a decent place to eat.
