We loved the hotel's location away from touristy crowds, just a short walk from City Hall and very close to subway stations. The facilities were up-to-date, with spacious rooms and great services that catered well to our group. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, always ready with local dining suggestions and friendly conversation.

The cleanliness of the bedding could be improved. we noticed some stains upon arrival.

The rooftop bar offered stunning views but overpriced drinks, and the sauna was a nice unexpected bonus for relaxation after a long day. The room's kitchenette was perfect for preparing quick meals, especially with a baby.

The welcoming staff, particularly Cansu and Phyllis, made our stay memorable right from the start, enhancing the overall holiday atmosphere.

The location, while central, required a 10-minute walk to the nearest train stations, which can be inconvenient after a long day of sightseeing.

Consider taking local buses to the Seoul station for a much cheaper fare instead of the hotel shuttle, especially if you're traveling light.

Unfortunately, I faced issues with housekeeping during my stay. On the final day, there were several items missing such as tissue papers, which were running low and not replenished. Additionally, the cleanliness was not up to my expectations, with trash left on the coffee table and inconsistencies in providing essential toiletries, which detracted from the overall experience.

The spacious room came with a well-equipped kitchen and cosy sleeping quarters,, a rarity in budget-friendly accommodations. The location was a gem, with quick access to shopping and fantastic dining options.

The breakfast selection lacked variety,, leaving meals feeling repetitive. I encountered occasional slow staff responses during busy hours, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

I faced significant issues with the check-in process. The front desk staff seemed unprepared, which left a sour impression right from the start. Additionally, I was shocked by the extra charges for my child, despite our room already having a sofa bed. It felt very much like being treated as just another number rather than a valued guest.

I loved my spacious room and how everything was super clean during my six-night stay. The sauna and hot tub were nice relaxation spots after a busy day exploring. The only downside was that some of the furniture looked a bit worn, but that didn't ruin my experience. 😊 For an easy meal, try the local food street just behind the hotel!

Perfect stay in the heart of Seoul

Spent 3 nights here and it was awesome! Clean rooms and super friendly staff. I used the spa and it was perfect for relaxing. The location is a dream, tons of food options and attractions close by. Just wish the parking was a bit less tight. Really enjoyed the local restaurant nearby too!
