I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to have everything I needed, from shopping malls to restaurants, just a stone's throw away. The hotel even had a well-equipped gym, which was a great bonus for me. The staff here were exceptional, particularly Ms. Alice, who always greeted me warmly and made me feel like a valued guest.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and found the location to be great- surrounded by fancy eateries and shopping malls. The bed was soft and the sheets were clean, and the room was well-maintained. the front desk staff spoke English and were helpful when needed.

The negatives outweighed the positives. the air conditioning was not working and had to open the window, which was not enjoyable in winter.

The hotel lacks privacy in the bathroom as the toilet "door" is shared with the wardrobe, compromising personal space.
