The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient, as it is close to the airport. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom is well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with the cleaning staff going above and beyond to ensure the guests' satisfaction.

The communication barrier with the front desk staff, who had limited English proficiency, proved to be a slight inconvenience.

I had a great stay at Floral Hotel Haema. The location was perfect for me as it was close to both the airport and bus stops, making it convenient for getting around. The cleaning lady was amazing and always brightened my day with her friendly attitude. The room and bathroom were clean, and I loved the big windows that offered a fantastic view of the city. Additionally, the staff took my preferences into account when assigning my room, which was a nice touch. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

During my New Year stay, I liked that the hotel was conveniently located near many shops and restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping. One more thing that I appreciated was the well-maintained and clean bathroom in my room.

The housekeeping team only collected the garbage and didn't change the towels during my four-day stay. the furniture in the room looked dated, and the walls were not insulated properly, causing me to hear traffic noise from outside.
