We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and security of the hotel. The staff at Ayenda was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the small balcony in our room, where we could sit and relax. The location was convenient, with easy access to bus routes and the Bolivar walkway. The breakfast, although minimal, was fresh and served promptly. we would highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Armenia.

Great staff, convenient location near amenities and mall, fast and reliable wifi, clean rooms with private shower, big bathroom, and small balcony with table and chairs. Nice breakfast options, with possibility to request additional items at low cost. Easy access to downtown and taxis. Recommend trying the nearby restaurant for delicious hamburgers.

We loved the central location of the hotel, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The balcony was a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing in the evening. And if you're in the mood for a delicious hamburger, don't miss the nearby Texas Hamburgers restaurant!
