The spacious room was perfect for my family of four, with plenty of space for our snowboard decks and equipment. The bath was a welcoming treat after a long day on the slopes. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with ski-in ski-out access and a short 100m walk to the lift tickets, ski rental, and nearby waterpark. The convenience of being able to catch a quick 90-minute train ride from Seoul and then a short taxi ride to the hotel made it even more appealing. I would highly recommend this hotel for a winter holiday in Pyeongchang.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is the perfect ski retreat with its superb exclusive amenities and prime location. the room was spacious, modern and luxurious, with a stunning balcony view of the ski slopes. the staff provided exceptional service, speaking good English and accommodating all our needs. the restaurant served tasty food at reasonable prices, while the bar/lounge area was cozy and inviting.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of nearby spa facilities. this was easily remedied by a short walk to the advertised aquapark, which offered a variety of relaxing amenities.

The hotel is perfectly situated for the ski slopes, just outside the welcome center of the resort. As first-timers, we loved how close we were to the beginners' ski slope and the convenience of being able to access it easily. The room was spacious, allowing us to comfortably store our ski gear, and the bathroom was welcoming after a long day on the slopes. We also enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, who were always available to answer our queries.

The prices at the restaurant inside the hotel were a bit high compared to other nearby options.
