Great location within walking distance of popular attractions and close to metro and airport bus. Room had everything I needed and was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good selection at breakfast and lunch buffet. Loved the gym and convenience of having a convenience store and coffee shop on site.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of nearby attractions, coffee shops, restaurants, and galleries within walking distance. It's a great base for exploring the city, including popular areas like Insadong, Bukchon Hanok Village, and the Grand Palaces. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities in the spacious and comfortable rooms are satisfactory.

We enjoyed the central location of the hotel and the easy access to nearby attractions. Even though the Wi-Fi in our room was weak, we appreciated the clean accommodations and quality toiletries. we recommend Aventree Jongno for its convenience and comfortable rooms.

Great value for money in a great location within walking distance of shops and subway stations. Staff was friendly and basic amenities were in good condition. My room had a nice view and modern bathroom. Breakfast was included in my rate and had a good mix of western and eastern options.

The location of the hotel was ideal and convenient for exploring the surrounding attractions. It was close to the subway and train stations, and the staff were helpful from reception to housekeeping. The Airport bus stop was right in front of the hotel, making transportation very easy. The autowash toilet seats were a standout feature of the room.

The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved, especially since the rooms were starting to show signs of aging. In one guest's experience, they found trash under the bed and around the bedside tables.

The value for money at Aventree Jongno was excellent - clean room, good choice of TV channels, and a fantastic location. The staff were kind and the airport bus stop was right in front of the hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I particularly liked the fact that the hotel management offered complementary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby every evening. the hotel's prime location near a major shopping district and a famous temple made it very easy to explore the area. the buffet breakfast was excellent and consisted of many options to choose from, including local cuisine.

The room was quite small, which made it challenging to move around with our luggage. However, despite these small inconveniences, everything else about the hotel was enjoyable.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is conveniently located near Myeongdong street and Changdeokgung Palace, making it easy to explore these important spots. The hotel is also close to the Anguk subway station, allowing for easy transportation around the city. the airport bus stops right in front of the hotel, making travel to and from the airport a breeze.

One minor downside is the inconsistency in English skills and hospitality among the hotel staff. While some employees may be friendly and welcoming, others may come across as a bit standoffish or curt.

We had a great stay at Aventree Jongno. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to the city center and subway stations. The staff was friendly and spoke good English. The cleaning staff did an excellent job and provided extra toiletries. We loved the little extras like the 2 water bottles per day and the availability of adapters for a refundable deposit. The small shop in the lobby was a nice bonus, with helpful and friendly staff. We will definitely return to Aventree Jongno.
