Staying at Aki Grand Hotel was a delightful experience! The room was spacious and immaculate, boasting breathtaking views of Miyajima Island. The private onsen was a true highlight, offering a relaxing soak with a magical night view.

However, service could use some polish. we found the dining options limited and had a bit of difficulty communicating with staff. Plus, the walk back for drinks in the rain was quite the adventure!

the public baths were nice , and the private onsen at night was lit with that full moon over Miyajima. the staff were super chill and helpful too. breakfast had a bunch of good traditional dishes and the shuttle made getting around easy!

We had an amazing time at Aki Grand Hotel & Spa! The twin room with a sea view was fantastic, featuring a spacious layout and a nice balcony. Breakfast was a buffet with various options, including cereals and croissants. We especially appreciated the shuttle service from the station, which made our arrival hassle-free. Plus, the view from our room was simply stunning, making our mornings delightful.

Dining was a highlight, with a superb nine-course traditional Japanese dinner along with a buffet breakfast that showcased delightful homemade organic products. However, some parts of the hotel felt outdated, and the room could have been more spacious, diminishing the overall luxury experience.

Incredible views from our room. could see the Tori gate and oyster farming beds. Spacious with tatami mats. loved the private onsen overlooking the river! Staff were friendly and helpful!
