Min Young, in particular, provided me with accurate and reliable bus routes, ensuring that I could easily get to my desired destinations. the hotel room itself was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and I enjoyed a great view of Hallasan Mountain while having breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located at the bus station, making it easy to explore the island. The Olle Market is just a short walk away, and the bus stop with multiple connections across the island is right next to the hotel. Additionally, there are two different airport buses that stop nearby. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and a bathroom that is well-maintained. The breakfast offered is satisfying, and guests can enjoy a great view from their window.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in front of the bus station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the entire island. The location of Shin Shin Hotel Cheonjiyeon was ideal for exploring the area. The bus stop right in front of the hotel made it convenient to travel around, and there were plenty of eateries nearby. Plus, the hotel provided a microwave in the lobby, which was handy for heating up meals. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was also a highlight, offering a variety of tasty options. The shower in the room was excellent, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay at Shin Shin Hotel Cheonjiyeon. the rooms were not soundproof, and we could hear everything happening in the neighboring room, which was quite noisy at times.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was near a bus stop with easy access to many beautiful locations on the island. it was surrounded by many affordable restaurants. the receptionists were exceptional; they greeted us with such warmth and went out of their way to assist us when we needed help with our credit card.

The only downside of our experience was the language barrier. Some bus routes and signs around the area were not in English, which made it hard for us to navigate.
