Despite the language barrier, they made great efforts to ensure communication was smooth. The hotel's location was vibrant with plenty of restaurant options nearby. I loved the classy decor of my room and the comfortable bed. The city view from the hotel was absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel to both couples and solo travelers due to its elegance and convenient location.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth, either through the friendly staff or the self-service machines. The room was clean and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the spacious bathroom. The hotel also had a rooftop terrace with a great view of Seoul. it was a good value for money hotel.

While the mattress was a bit firm, it didn't significantly affect our sleep. The room lacked natural light and the balcony had no view, but since we were out exploring the city most of the time, it didn't bother us much.

The balcony was a bit disappointing as it wasn't open towards the city, and the view was blocked by a fence-like cover. It would have been nice to fully enjoy the view from the balcony.
