The hotel was conveniently located near a subway station and offered a great breakfast with plenty of delicious options. the staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired as we found items from previous guests left behind in the closet and some dirty areas that were missed during cleaning. the front desk staff and housekeeping could have been a bit friendlier and more considerate, as they seemed robotic and inconsiderate of our preferences.

The front office staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Jane, who went above and beyond to assist us with ordering food and providing detailed maps. The hotel staff spoke English well and were understanding and accommodating when I left my key behind and returned late. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel's location near a subway station made it convenient for transportation.

It is also very close to Gimpo train station, allowing easy access to other attractions in the area. Additionally, there is a fantastic BBQ restaurant nearby, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal after a long day of exploring.

One minor drawback is that there may be some car noise when the windows are open due to its location near busy roads. However, this can easily be resolved by closing the windows.
