I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the location. Speaking of which, the hotel was so close to everything - from the Seoul Tower cable car to the subway station. It was easy to find from the train station too. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and provided great service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a comfortably-sized bathroom and comfy beds. The communal space was cosy and inviting. Lastly, the breakfast offered continental options, which was a nice touch.

All was well, but I wish the carpet could have been cleaner.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the popular shopping street and a short walk to the main train station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast had a decent variety of options to choose from. it was a great experience.

Nevertheless, the staff were always willing to help and provide local information to make our city break a great experience.

The only negative aspect that we noticed was that the cleanliness of the carpet could have been better. the outlet next to the bed was not convenient for us, as it was a bit too close to the bed.

The staff members were friendly and always willing to help. They could speak multiple languages and even helped me order food whenever I needed it. The location was great, as it was just a short walk from the train station and convenience stores. The cleanliness of the place was also impressive.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the air conditioning in the room wasn't able to provide cold air, which was a bit uncomfortable during my visit in the winter.
