Staff were so helpful and efficient, it almost made me feel guilty for not needing their assistance more.

They stored our luggage for longer than their policy allowed and the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. The newly renovated room was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and daily replenished amenities. The coin-operated laundry and dryer facility was a bonus. The location was convenient, with eateries, shopping, and a subway station nearby. a luxury hotel experience with polite and kind staff.

We loved our stay at Skypark. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with a warm smile. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops, and even a tourist center right beside it. Plus, Myeongdong Station was just a short walk away, which made it easy for us to meet up with our tour group. The room itself was spacious enough for three people and had amenities like a bathtub and a bidet in the toilet. We also appreciated the takeaway breakfast and the hot and cold water dispenser in the hallway. it was a fantastic experience.

We loved being able to easily access two different subway lines and explore all of Seoul. Plus, there were so many restaurants in the area, we never had to worry about finding a delicious meal.

The lighting in the room was quite dim and could have been brighter to create a more welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel had a couple of things I really appreciated. They offered free bottled water every day and had a shuttle service to take us to popular spots around the city. The location was great, really close to shops and restaurants. It was also conveniently located near the airport bus station.

The room was smaller than expected and the WiFi didn't work too well. The bathroom was decent, but the sheets on the bed were not very comfortable.

The location couldn't be better - right in the shopping area with plenty of street food options and just a stone's throw away from the lively Myeongdong shopping street. I loved being able to shop and indulge in delicious street food whenever I wanted. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with their attention to detail and willingness to help. The rooms were well-equipped with quad beds, perfect for families or groups traveling together. The breakfast included was a great bonus, providing a variety of choices to start the day off right.
